A project propelled by joy, Two Artists Talking is a collection of interviews with artists Brooke Stewart, Jamal Thorne, Ria Brodell, Yu-Wen Wu, Daniela Rivera, Deb Todd Wheeler, David Antonio Cruz, and Danielle Abrams. The interviews were conducted by students in my Advanced Drawing Seminar at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts University, who visited artists in their studios, and asked questions about meaning, process, persistence, and more. It’s a 100-page, beautifully designed, small edition artist book, made possible by my collaborators, artists McCall Hollister and Cassidy Westjohn.
